PaladinDTS managed BIM coordination for the $18 million fit-out, working in an active hospital. The team coordinated new MEP systems around live utilities, large electrical conduits, and existing 86×44 supply and 80×44 return ducts with minimal clearance. Using 3-D laser scans and point cloud data, PaladinDTS verified exact system locations and resolved conflicts before installation. Weekly coordination meetings kept all trades aligned, eliminating field clashes, avoiding change orders, and keeping construction on schedule while maintaining uninterrupted operation of hospital systems.
